This species' main font of energy comes from the sunlight. Their name was given because Sunibunis are mainly found on grasslands, recharging sun energy, many times wandering aimlessly away from the big three that they use as a den. This habit comes with consequences, as the ones who get separated from the group end up being easy prey for the big carnivorous bird, the Okas. Sunibunis' defense blasts little rays of energy, recharged by the sunlight in their naps. In a large group, this is safer, as a Sunibuni alone doesn't need to waste all its energy supply, which could provoke extreme weakness, leading to death. In this part of the world "Euu," there is no harsh winter, and there's plenty of sunlight. In rainy seasons they must stay away from the marshes that surround the big lake, since in these periods the Mudlins, the creatures who dwell in mud, have an extra advantage. In moments of constant rain, Sunibunis gather together in burrows behind an enormous tree, and hibernate for a while, in hopes of having lots of fresh grass and plants to chew from in the next sunny days
